We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated E-Trading Development Manager to join the retail team based at our new Donation Centre (Fieldhouse Way Industrial Estate, Petre Street, S4)

This role is to support the retail department in its endeavors to raise funds for St Luke's.

You will have previous experience in growing and maximising sales through existing E-Trading channels including E-bay, Amazon and be able to deliver any new online ventures.

Good administrative and organisational skills as well as experience of planning and co-ordinating your own workload are essential as well.

Along with excellent communication and customer service skills, you will be responsible for handling all different channels of communication with customers.

We work with a great team of volunteers!

Volunteers play a major role as the retail team is supported by over 500 volunteers and it is essential that you have excellent and effective management, communication and interpersonal skills.
